Shapeshifter Media is the exclusive licensee of the patents DE 101 06 658, EU 1297520 and others. These patents protect our intellectual property.

These internationally registered patents have been granted for the "Method for representing an image on a stepped surface and staircase".

This procedure is the only way to reproduce a seamless, large-format image across several steps and landings of a staircase. This process enables the use and marketing of the steps of a staircase as a single advertising medium for the first time.

Sub-licences:

Shapeshifter Media is entitled to grant sub-licences to the above patents and to software and technology using the patent in Germany and elsewhere.

Further property rights:

Shapeshifter Media is the licensee of the intellectual property right DE 20316799U1. This right describes the procedure for the manufacture of the asphalt foil sold and marketed by Asphalt Art. Shapeshifter Media is exclusively entitled to use this foil on stair-like surfaces and staircases.
